Frigid North Company Website Order Return Policy

By paying or signing Frigid North Company's invoice you agree to these terms and conditions of sale.

Frigid North's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the products proved to be defective in accordance with the represented company's published warranties. Frigid North Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use this product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by the owner of Frigid North Company.

Frigid North Company makes no warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other express or implied warranty.

Frigid North employees are available to guide you to the product that you feel serves your needs but they are not technicians or engineers. You are responsible for making sure that the products you select follow the parameters set out above.

A 20% restocking fee maybe charged on returned items.
Returns of purchases are processed Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All returns or exchanges must always be accompanied by an original receipt.
All returns or exchanges must be in new resell able condition which includes original packaging, instructions and accessories.
All returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days from original purchase.
All exchanges for a defective like items must be done within 30 days from original purchase.
All products are sold FOB Anchorage unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Warranty items will be exchanged, refunded or sent for repair according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
If an item is not returned within our terms then we will provide you with the manufacturer's information.
Some items are non-returnable and special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. An example of non-returnable items are antenna's, batteries, computer components such as memory, hard drives, mother boards, printed circuit boards and processors, cut wire, fiber-optic products, fuses, heat sealed packages that are not resalable, power supplies, relays, semiconductors, special orders, test equipment, tools, transformers, tubes and products that are not in new condition.
An electronic item for which a determination of fitness cannot be made by visual inspection will not be accepted for return without testing. A fee for testing will be at $60.00 per hour if accomplished in house or the actual fee if done by others. No exchange or refund will be made until the testing is complete.

Frigid North Company Website Privacy Policy

All personal data such as name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information provided to Frigid North Company is used solely by this company for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders. This personal data is not released to anyone else nor is it sold to any third parties. Visitors to the site will have a browser "cookie" placed on their computer for the sole purpose of documenting the items placed in that visitors shopping cart. If the visitor leaves the site without making a purchase and returns at a later time, the cookie information will recall the items placed in the shopping cart from the previous visit.
